The end customer was a Demanding Government of India entity and we were subcontracting for a big SI. The project involved migration from obsolete unsupported hardware that ran HP UX OS to cloud. The challenging pieces were the Oracle Identity product suite, not updated, not maintained, not documented and integrated deeply into the application stack. We found Raghu when we were struggling. The components were Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Directory (OID) & Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
The first thing I noted about him now in retrospect is there was not a single false promise. The guy came in, saw, tried, communicated what can be done, did what he said he would and almost always in time, delays and deviations were always communicated in advance with reason. What more can I ask from a professional? He is extremely knowledgeable and brings 2 decades of experience around his technical domain, however never over confident. We delivered the project that was off track in time and solved the customer’s existing On-Prem Issue involving OAM & OIM while moving the workloads to Oracle Cloud. Will recommend Raghu anyday.
